Veronica and the team were very helpful and friendly during our stay. The Victor Suite was very large, comfortable, and stylish. The views to the sea in the Victor Suite are to the side, you can see Ocean Drive, the Park and the beach. The outside terrace has views on both sides, but these can only be seen by standing (as the walls are tall for safety) or sitting in or around the jacuzzi. The 2 penthouses are served by their own lift. Air conditioning works with the terrace door open, which is great to get some fresh air overnight. Breakfast is provided by a voucher for Cafe Americano, in which you get a choice of breakfasts with Tea/Coffee and Orange juice.

Possible improvements would be to upgrade the TVs to support Casting/DNLA and or connected to the network, so streaming would be possible. The built-in HiFi system uses headphone connection, not Bluetooth.

Staff are very kind and helpful. Perfect location. Amazing to have a lavazza coffee machine in the room.

The pool was smaller than it looked on the photos. the mattress and the pillows are very soft, for me it wasn’t comfortable.

The location of this hotel is great and very central location on south beach, so many great restaurants and bars located conveniently close and having the beach across the road was another highlight. The service and staff , some of the friendliest we came across during our tour of the US. Really took attention to detail to get to know their guest and accommodate were they can. Everyone that worked there were excellent.

I would score this place higher. for 99.9% of our stay it was a 10/10. However, our shower/bathtub did not feel clean and found clumps of hair stuck to the walls. Although we ignored this and did not make a fuss as the hair was not in the direct area of the shower. It felt a little unclean, the ceiling also had water stains from clear leaks above the bed although we did not experience any leaks during our stay. It would been nice if these stains would have been up-kept and painted over to make it look nicer. They also used a really strong cleaning product in their rooms that we ended up not allowing them service our room during our stay as it was almost unbearable the first night and we had trouble sleeping until the smell went away.

Nice hotel. The room was spacious and nice decorated. The shower was good. The restaurant near the hotel where they serves breakfast was delicious and the service was good. The team was welcoming and helpful especially Lora and Ricardo. We loved them.

The entrance was very cold and not so pleasant to sit.

I really enjoyed the poolside room with the cabanas on the pool deck. We loved being able to see the ocean from the pool area. The hotel staff was very friendly and hospitable.

Our door to the pool deck was very difficult to slide and needed some TLC. The cabana cushions could also use time TLC as there is some visible gunk building up on the under sides of the cushions.

Location and style. Very clean

Only negative is would be good to have food/drinks by the pool. Otherwise all positive.

Excellent Location, the hotel was very clean and the pool was also lovely! Directly across the road from the beach. Cafe Americano (linked with the hotel) had excellent food and service, would highly recommend it also. Free tea and coffee available at reception even when breakfast isn't included in the stay.

The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Marie and Tony were very nice. Also Mikel, Carmen, and Rodrigo. The location was right in the heart of the action and the balcony had good views. The balcony area was in a U shape around the pool and the view of the pool was nice. Overall it was a pretty good stay for the money., compared to the options and prices of other hotels. We wanted balcony and ocean view, and this was the best price, for both.

There was a $300 deposit that we were not aware of and took away from our spending money. Valet was a hassle. $42 a night. The main road to the front of the hotel was blocked, so they had to do the valet service on the next street over, so we had to walk a block over to get to the hotel entrance. It was so busy at night and we had to park ourselves because they weren't there, that was on Friday night though. They scraped 3 of our rims and tires as well. We notified them, and one of the guys took one of the days off. Be prepared to pay for parking everywhere. There is no microwave in the room, and a small refrigerator that has drinks and other items in there. If you want to place your own food, you'd have to take their items out. We had a lot of food we had to throw away because there was no way of keeping it cool, or warming it.. We had a King room, with one bed, it was kind of small, but cozy. We also had a balcony with nice view but was kind of small as well. You could hear everything outside by the pool area, but it didn't bother us.

Room was clean. Room design was very nice and comfortable. Location is very good. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

But restaurant was managing from 3rd party and asking and holding credit card from ordering stage was disturbing.

Just felt like the commode floor could’ve been a lot cleaner and the blow dryer was broken but I asked for another one and had to wait but one eventually came also the mirror in our bathroom is missing a panel

Location was best. Swimming pool and ocean front view was really good.

Minus was breakfast only available in sugar factory and partly available in price ( one choice only)

The location of the Hotel was perfect and we could not have picked a better one on South Beach. We didn't need to have the breakfast included and we were glad we passed on it! Right out the doors, right or left restaurants were serving excellent breakfasts for much less $. It was fun to take a morning stroll up and down the short strip to decide where we wanted to eat at that time, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Location was excellent, easy walk to immerse into the fun of South Beach. The actual ocean beach could not have been any closer to the hotel front door. We were given chairs, towels and water bottle (nice touch) to carry with us to the beach for the day. The pool lost its sun around 300 (were were there end of January) when we went after the beach to give it a try, but the water was warm. Be prepared to spend a lot on drinks on the strip and at all restaurants and hotels, (seems like that got together and agreed on prices everyone charged the same) but off the strip, prices were more normal. Check your food bills, tip is typically already included. Room was nice, bathroom very nice, all in all we would come and stay here again. We were there end of January so it was quiet in the room and no noise from the street below.

I wish I got to stay longer and watch the superbowl on the huge screens we watched ESPN set up. It must have been a great time to be there... Left 5 days prior for our cruise.
